Refund Policy
Decided case by case
There is no automatic refund and no automatic refusal. Write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, say what happened, and it is looked at by a person. Most cases are settled in one reply.
When you get your money back
- The key was never delivered and support could not deliver it.
- The build was down for a patch for the whole of a one-day key, and you would rather have the money than the time credited.
- The menu would not run on your system after you followed the setup page and worked through it with support.
When you do not
- Your game account was banned. The risk page and the terms say this plainly before you pay.
- You changed your mind after the key was issued and used.
- You expected a feature the menu does not have. Every control is listed on the store page; teleport, vehicle spawning and money generation are not among them, however often other sites list them for this game.
- You opened a chargeback before writing to support.
Two things to check before buying
- That you are on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, playing Rob Run through Steam.
- The date on the status page. If the build is down, wait — a key bought during downtime starts when it is back, but there is no sense buying blind.
How a refund is paid
Back to the original payment method, through the processor, usually within a few business days of being agreed. Access ends when the refund is issued.
